The IKEA project in Voronezh, announced seven years ago, will cost the company 22 billion rubles. Swedish IKEA clarified the specifications of the Voronezh shopping center, the land for which the company purchased in the Novo‑Ussmansky district back in 2009. The total cost of the project may exceed 22 billion rubles, the regional investment and strategic projects agency “Abiregu” confirmed.
